Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unopened
• In their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used soaps cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
